Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (or butter)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, and vanilla.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  • Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake them and let them set at room temperature.
