Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake them and let them set at room temperature.
