Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix almond meal, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk egg, coconut oil, and vanilla. Combine with the dry ingredients.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
