soy sauce
low-sodium preferred

chili flakes or paprika

Instructions
Slice the chicken into thin strips and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika or chili flakes (if using).
Shred the cabbage into thin strips and slice the onion.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Add the chicken strips and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced onions and minced garlic, sautéing for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce. Stir everything together and cook for another 2 minutes to blend flavors.
Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy as a standalone meal or with steamed rice or noodles.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of sesame oil before serving. You can also mix in bell peppers or carrots for added crunch.
