Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt the dark chocolate and butter together using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the eggs, stirring constantly to combine.
Fold in the almond meal, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until well mixed.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set but the center is slightly gooey. Brownies will firm up as they cool.
Let cool completely before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra richness, fold in chocolate chunks or nuts before baking. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dusting of powdered sugar.
