Ingredients
  

Brownie Mix

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • Mix melted butter and sugar in a bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  • Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until combined but do not overmix.
  • Pour batter into the prepared dish. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
