This easy Chicken Pasta recipe features tender, seasoned chicken tossed with pasta in a rich garlic Parmesan cream sauce. It’s a comforting, crowd-pleasing meal that’s perfect for any night of the week.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, 4–6 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan until melted. Season with more salt and pepper as needed.
Return pasta and chicken to skillet. Add spinach if using. Toss everything to coat in sauce and cook 1–2 more minutes.
Serve hot with extra Parmesan if desired.

Add sun-dried tomatoes or mushrooms for extra flavor and texture. Works well with grilled chicken too.
