Ingredients
  

Chicken Pasta

  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup baby spinach optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, 4–6 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan until melted. Season with more salt and pepper as needed.
  • Return pasta and chicken to skillet. Add spinach if using. Toss everything to coat in sauce and cook 1–2 more minutes.
  • Serve hot with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Add sun-dried tomatoes or mushrooms for extra flavor and texture. Works well with grilled chicken too.
