Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Pat the frozen salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, depending on thickness. Flip halfway through for even cooking.
Check doneness with a meat thermometer; the internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
Remove from air fryer, garnish with lemon slices, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a drizzle of butter, soy sauce, or honey after cooking. Serve with steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
