Ingredients
  

Frozen Salmon

  • 2 fillets frozen salmon skin on or off
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 slices lemon for garnish

Optional Seasonings

  • 1/2 tsp paprika for a smoky flavor
  • 1 tsp soy sauce for umami flavor
  • 1 tsp honey for a touch of sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Pat the frozen salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  • Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, depending on thickness. Flip halfway through for even cooking.
  • Check doneness with a meat thermometer; the internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from air fryer, garnish with lemon slices, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a drizzle of butter, soy sauce, or honey after cooking. Serve with steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
