  • 2 chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional for spice
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, season the cubed chicken with paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss everything together. Add lemon juice and stir well.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with rice, pasta, or steamed vegetables.

Notes

For a low-carb version, serve over cauliflower rice. To enhance flavor, marinate the chicken in lemon juice and garlic for 15 minutes before cooking.
