shrimp
peeled and deveined

garlic

butter

olive oil

lemon juice
freshly squeezed

paprika

cayenne pepper

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, season the cubed chicken with paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss everything together. Add lemon juice and stir well.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with rice, pasta, or steamed vegetables.
Notes
For a low-carb version, serve over cauliflower rice. To enhance flavor, marinate the chicken in lemon juice and garlic for 15 minutes before cooking.
