Ingredients
Salmon Bites

salmon fillet
skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes

olive oil

soy sauce
or tamari for gluten-free

honey

garlic powder

smoked paprika

lemon juice
freshly squeezed
salt and black pepper

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Toss the salmon bites in the marinade and let them sit for at least 15-20 minutes for better flavor absorption.
Arrange the salmon bites on a lined baking sheet (or in an air fryer basket) in a single layer.
Bake for 10-12 minutes (or air fry for 8-10 minutes), flipping halfway through, until the salmon is golden and cooked through.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For a crispier texture, broil the salmon for 1-2 minutes at the end. These bites can be served over rice, in tacos, or as a salad topping!
