Instructions
Air Fryer:
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Arrange salmon bites in a single layer. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Oven:
Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon bites on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Stovetop:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add salmon bites and cook 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
Optional: Add lemon juice, teriyaki glaze, or garlic butter during the last minute of cooking for extra flavor.
Serve hot with rice, salad, in tacos, or with your favorite dipping sauce.
