Instructions
In a bowl, mix pickle juice and milk. Add chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Remove chicken from marinade and dredge in flour mixture, pressing to coat well. Fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Place each fried chicken piece on the bottom bun, add pickle slices, and cover with top bun. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or a slice of cheese. Best served immediately for maximum crispiness.
